Homeowner Testimonials
At Revelstoke Mountain Resort, our homeowners are also our biggest supporters.
They're an important part of something very special and unique - the future of skiing in North America, and the most exciting resort real estate opportunity in decades.
Here's What They Have to Say
I wanted to take this opportunity to express my unequivocal elation with my decision to locate at RMR.
Now into my second season in Revelstoke and have no hesitation stating that this is the best Ski community in North America-if not the world. The RMR terrain is world class, the snow quality is legendary (without exaggeration). Living in The Sutton Place Hotel - Revelstoke Mountain Resort is truly ideal. The quality of the residence and convenience of the location are uniquely optimal. I would urge anyone who loves big mountain skiing to experience RMR. It is highly addictive.
In my opinion the only thing better than the ski experience at RMR is the ownership experience at RMR; which constitutes a great lifestyle investment.
Sincerely,

To say we are "stoked on Revelstoke" would be putting it mildly.
We are absolutely thrilled with our retirement decision to purchase a suite at The Sutton Place Hotel - Revelstoke Mountain Resort for our winter home, the culmination of a 40-year dream to own a ski condo.
We have discovered that Revelstoke truly is a skier's mountain, with non-stop fall-line skiing top-to-bottom, as well as groomers, glades and powder-filled bowls. After 2 seasons of skiing here, we're still finding new territory to explore. And the expansion potential is tremendous, with a beginner lift next in the line-up (a necessity for extended families), plus over a dozen more lifts planned for future expansion accessing huge territory now served by snow-cats.
But, Revelstoke is more than just the skiing - we have found what we were looking for in the community too. From the library and aquatic center to the restaurants, pubs and downtown coffee shops, as well as full-service ski, snowboard and backcountry outfitters, everyone is super small-town friendly. It's not just a resort community, but is a full-service small town with a diverse economic base, and a shuttle connecting with the ski area, a short 5 kilometers away.
We bought our condo sight-unseen, a highly unusual move for us with our limited resources, but all the criteria just added up: great snow, long vertical, excellent terrain, relatively easy access (no major passes to drive across), and future expansion potential. We pinch ourselves every day to see if it's real because we are so happy here, just steps from the gondola. An additional benefit is the ability to use our condo ourselves or put it into the rental pool at any time for bonus income. Like any new development, there have been a few hiccups, but the new major partner has the legitimate experience and resources to carry the resort into the future.
Thank you RMR for building the perfect retirement home for us!
Sincerely,
Carol and Pete
